We thank God for sparing the life of our sister Janet Okpa, a member of PCN Apapa parish who is also an active and valuable member of "THE ECHOES FROM HEAVEN" Gospel band and PYPAN.
On wednesday the 14th of october, Sis. Janet Okpa who left for work very early in the morning in order to miss the traffic took a bike heading towards her place of work.
On their way not too far from her street, a big vehicle's head lamp which was on made it difficult for the motorcycle rider to see upfront due to the fact that it was still very early in the morning and dark.
The bike rider wisely slowed down to observe his path but unfortunately, another vehicle hit them from no where and both Sis. Janet and the bike rider fell unconscious to the other side of the road while the bus zoomed off.
When she gained consciousness, she tried to move her other leg but she could'nt, she then managed to call out for help while still on the road with her cloth soaked with rain drops. And later took her phone to call her elder brother who came as fast as he could.
She was then taken to the hospital for immediate treatment because one of her leg was fractured.
We all should pray for Sis. Janet Okpa for fast recovery and healing mercies upon her life because God and only God is able to do all and all things.
